With an MBA and years of technical leadership under her belt, she knows that vulnerability drives innovation—and that the best ideas come from teams who feel safe enough to share them.

Brett is a coach, educator, and forever student of what makes teams tick. After a decade in software testing, he turned his focus to people—helping leaders lead with empathy and turning strangers into teams. As a neurodivergent executive coach, he brings heart, humor, and a love of feedback that actually helps people grow.
