  • Corissa Peck, (She/Her) CEO/Executive Director

    ”I'm passionate about making sure that my engineering teams understand that creativity is required for software engineering, vulnerability is required for creativity, and you can't have either without establishing psychologically safe teams.”


    Corissa recently earned an MBA and is a long-time veteran of software engineering, Corissa has deep technical and process improvement expertise along with a desire to build inclusive teams that deliver on business value.

    Her roles have been focused in software engineering, quality engineering (QA / QE) and leadership.

  • Dee Grey, (They/Them) Chief People Officer

    “If we want to make things better, we need to start with kindness. To me, kindness is giving and accepting valuable feedback.”

    Dee’s background is in both computer science and gender studies, Dee discovered a deep appreciation for agile, which promotes collaboration, flexibility, and cross-functionality among software development teams.

    After becoming a scrum master and engineering manager, Dee had an ah-ha moment — an inspiration to merge agility with DEI.

  • Brandy Barker (She/Her) Chief Operations Officer

    Brandy has amassed a wealth of experience across tech, IT, and business management.

    Through her diverse background, Brandy has developed a profound sense of empathy and connection to people of all viewpoints, backgrounds, abilities, and identities. She believes in the power of people and is committed to treating everyone with the respect they deserve, no matter who or where they are.

  • Brett Barker (He, Him) VP Learning and Development

    As a Learning and Development professional Brett has delighted in helping bosses grow into leaders, employees into team members, and strangers into teams. He has mentored and coached countless people from executives to interns, and finds joy in watching each and every one of them grow while learning more about himself.

    After almost a decade in the Software Testing world, Brett was given the opportunity to focus less on the software and more on the people and has spent the past 5 years helping to elevate anyone who wants to do better, at work or in their personal lives.
